The calf stretch

Time to learn your first exercise of the course and have a play with finding out a method that helps you implement this exercise 5 times a day.

The calf stretch is always the first exercise I teach. It helps to lengthen muscles that are shortened from excessive sitting and wearing shoes with heels.

How to practice it:
You can put your half dome around the house so you can calf stretch while cleaning your teeth, cooking, washing the dishes etc. Out and about you can find stones or logs to practice with. Come and share in the group how you are getting on, ask any questions you may have and share any innovative ways you are practicing your calf stretch.
