This exercise helps with getting your pelvis in neutral during walking as well as unsticking and mobilising your sacrum. This will improve overall pelvic health as well relieving any lower back pressure. This is a great exercise for those who are pregnant as a mobile sacrum is very important to be able to allow your baby to move down into and through your pelvis.

Tension in your inner thigh will cause your thigh to rotate down towards the floor, the more you do this exercise the more you will be able to turn your thigh to an optimal position and also relieve knee pain.
