This is a course for those who always pick getting fit for their New Years resolution but don’t really enjoy going to the gym or exercising and it becomes a chore rather than something enjoyable.

It is for those who are dealing with persistent aches and pains or recurring injuries and wanting to understand why and what they can do to help themselves.

It is for you if you want to understand your body a little bit better. A ‘users-manual’ if you like.

It is for you if you want a mindful approach to exercise and taking back responsibility for your body.

Over the 6 weeks you will learn to assess your alignment and understand the impact of poor postural habits, you will learn exercises to improve your posture which in turn will improve how you move. We will look at walking, crawling, squatting, hanging and other movements that are necessary for overall health and wellbeing.

This is going to be a fun, inspiring and enlightening course and is very much about working with your body as a partner rather than punishing fitness regime type class.
