Holistic Pelvic Floor Rehab (No Kegels)
This is not conventional pelvic floor physiotherapy.
It is a gentle, body-led, trauma- and nervous system-informed approach to pelvic health. No squeezing, no forced exercises. Instead, we focus on listening to the body, releasing tension, and restoring natural support through posture, alignment, breath, and self-awareness.
Why This Approach Matters
Many people are told to “do more Kegels” without understanding the root of tension, pain, or weakness. Pelvic floors respond to safety and nervous system regulation, not force.
Through holistic care, the body learns to:
