Pregnancy fitness, birth education & relaxation classes

Learn to tap into your own strength and intuition so you feel confident and trust your body to birth your baby. These classes prepare your body and mind for a smoother, easier labour and celebrate your journey through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

These pregnancy exercise classes help you to prepare for an active birth, relieve the common aches and pains of the pregnant body, and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. Pregnancy is a beautiful part of life for many women but  back pain and joint pain can be very common. Pregnancy exercise classes in Suffolk help to increase your mobility and therefore lessen some of your aches, pains, and stiffness.

 Although you can’t dictate how your birth will go you can do all you can to be  prepared by training your body to have the strength, mobility and flexibility you need during labour.

Rosie Dhoopun is a  Movement teacher an antenatal teacher, pregnancy coach and VBAC Supporter. She has trained in Pregnancy exercise and birth preparation, Pelvic floor restore and diastasis recti rehabilitation. Which means as well as movement education she also knows how to apply this to pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She has also trained in Dancing for Birth and Pregnancy and postpartum massage therapy, Rebozos for pregnancy, labour and postpartum and delivering evidence based research around pregnancy and birth
