To get real, long lasting results you need to look at your postural habits, your lifestyle and your emotions.
Through corrective exercises, lifestyle changes, and postural adjustments you will improve the function and regain the natural strength of your body.
To get the best results I work with you over several months with face to face sessions every 3 -4 weeks and support whilst you are putting the changes into practice at home.
I have trained in antenatal education, natural movement, functional pregnancy exercise and birth preparation, corrective exercise for pelvic floor restore and diastasis recti exercise assessment and exercise prescription and pregnancy and postnatal massage.
I understand the anatomical and emotional changes that happen during pregnancy and postpartum. She will tailor-make a programme for you whatever stage of pregnancy or postpartum you are (including fertility)
I will explain correct form during each exercise and any modifications that are needed
to enable you to feel confident as you practice at home.
