Each programme uses corrective exercises, lifestyle changes, and postural adjustments. A whole-body, natural movement approach  addresses what is tight, what is weak, what needs strengthening and what needs to be released. Which means you get to the root of your issues and can confidently restore your strength and function and get back to doing what you love.

There is no ‘quick fix’ solution to pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti or pelvic girdle pain it needs a whole-body approach which takes time to learn and put into practice.

To get the best results I work with you over several months with face to face sessions every 3 -4 weeks and support whilst you are putting the changes into practice at home.
