This 12 week pregnancy exercise programme is specifically designed to target common pregnancy ailment whilst working on the areas needed to be ready for birth.
Come together with a small group of women to discover how you can be balanced, mobile and energised in pregnancy so you are strong for birth.
More than your traditional exercise class, this 12 week pregnancy exercise programme takes a whole-body and whole-life approach to pregnancy health and birth preparation. If you are experiencing discomfort in one area it shows that other areas of your body are in need of some help, whether that is strengthening, stretching or releasing. I also help you see how you can implement small changes in your lifestyle so that you are targeting those issues throughout your day meaning the results last.
Each week takes you through exercises that target specific areas that need to be functional and strong during pregnancy so that you can have an easier, smoother birth.

How can I stop my back aching?
Can I prevent nighttime cramping?
Can I prevent sneeze pee?
What’s the best way to strengthen my pelvic floor?
How do I get my baby into an optimal positon for birth?
How can I learn to squat for birth?
This is a gentle but very effective programme suitable for any stage of pregnancy. It can help to resolve and prevent many common pregnancy issues, and help postpartum recovery.
