A sound bath is not simply “listening to bowls.”

When we’ve been in go-mode, holding-mode, coping-mode for too long, the nervous system forgets what softness feels like. Sound becomes a bridge back home — a deep invitation to rest, to unclench, to stop bracing for “what’s next.”

This is rest as medicine: not earned, not justified, not scheduled as a luxury.
Just allowed.

I hold sound baths as nervous system tending — a way of returning to the body’s original wisdom. This work is about reconnection: to self, to safety, to the deeper rhythms that modern life silences.
