Whether you are looking to strengthen your pelvic floor, improve diastasis recti, ease pelvic pain in pregnancy or relieve chronic back, shoulder, hip, pelvic, knee or foot pain I can help.
Learn the exercises and lifestyle changes and how to easily fit them into your day – busy people need simple solutions. And the trick is to move your body in different ways, more often to allow your body to feel better, stronger and more mobile.
You will receive a recording of your session, exercises, self-care and lifestyle tips to practice at home and a printable sheet of exercises so you can practice offline.
Sessions are £50 and I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions spaced 2 – 3 weeks apart for best results.
I currently run online sessions over zoom only.
